云霄 is a specialized manufacturer of classical redwood furniture sets, producing complete suites for living room, dining room, and bedroom applications. Our workshop is located in Xianyou, Fujian, one of China's traditional centers for hardwood furniture craftsmanship, where skilled carvers and joiners have refined mortise-and-tenon construction methods passed down through generations.
We work primarily with solid redwood species including si mu (Machilus nanmu), lao hong mu, and selected tropical hardwoods sourced through licensed timber channels. Every sofa set, dining suite, and bedroom group is built without metal nails, relying instead on traditional joinery that allows the frame to flex naturally with humidity changes in European and North American homes.
Our product range covers three core categories: carved redwood sofa sets with matching tea tables, solid-top dining table suites seating 6 to 12 guests, and complete bedroom groups featuring canopy beds, wardrobes, and dressing tables. Finishes are applied by hand using natural lacquer and beeswax techniques that preserve the wood grain without chemical masking.
Export documentation, ISPM-15 fumigated packing, and FSC chain-of-custody paperwork are handled in-house for shipments to Europe and North America. We accept OEM carving modifications, custom dimensions for hotel and resort projects, and can produce matched suites to a buyer's interior specification. Typical lead time for a full container order is 45 to 60 days from deposit confirmation.
