Our standard MOQ for classical redwood furniture sets is 1 set per design. For custom designs with carving modifications or dimension changes, the MOQ is 5 sets. Mixed container orders combining multiple set styles are welcome for Europe and North America buyers consolidating shipments.
What are the lead times and shipping options for export orders to Europe and North America?+
Production takes 35 to 45 days for standard catalog sets and 50 to 60 days for custom-carved orders. Shipping to European ports like Rotterdam or Hamburg runs 28 to 35 days by sea; to North American west coast ports such as Los Angeles, expect 18 to 25 days. We use FOB Xiamen terms by default.
What payment terms do you accept for international export orders?+
We accept 30% deposit by T/T in advance and 70% balance against the copy of B/L. L/C at sight is also accepted for orders above USD 30,000. PayPal is available for sample orders under USD 2,000. All payment terms can be discussed case by case for long-term partners.
